About David
David has been recognized as one of the top ten agents in the Berkshire (formerly Prudential) network for over 10 years. He has been the top agent in the country two years in a row (2012 and 2013) and was the second agent in the country for 2014. He averages over 200 closed home sales per year.
David’s real estate experience goes back 27 years and thousands of sales. He’s sold everything from foreclosures to farms to commercial properties. He knows construction and rehab projects and is great at assessing cost vs. salability for those thinking of flipping or improving a home prior to selling. He consistently sells more homes in a year than many agents sell in a lifetime career.
About Stacey
With over 11 years in the business and hundreds of homes sold, Stacey has a wealth of real estate knowledge. After joining one of Indiana’s top real estate teams in 2005 as an assistant, she obtained her real estate sales license in 2006 and a year later became a licensed broker. Being a part of the Wes Culver Home Team afforded her the opportunity to close a couple hundred homes in her first few years in the real estate industry.
Stacey obtained her Florida real estate broker’s license and joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services PenFed on 30A. She took a brief hiatus from the real estate world to open a gluten-free bakery/cafe in Grayton Beach but missed the excitement of the real estate world.
