This listing came to us after being on the market for months with another agent who was unable to sell it. Sellers was ready to have it sold since they were living apart in separate cities until it was completely closed. We updated the photos, had a 360 degree virtual tour created and even threw an Easter themed broker open house.
My lovely friend Tina helped me run the kitchen. We served a waffle bar with all the yummy goodies, a baked honey ham with Hawaiian sweet rolls, veggie tray, cheese and crackers, mimosas, coffee, water and carrot cake sandwich cookies. It was quite the brunch spread!
We also partnered with our friend Jodi Sorg from Hometown Mortgage to provide financing information on the property as well as the sweetest easter basket giveaway. The icing on the cake was the Easter egg hunt – you’re never too old! We filled various eggs with treats and hit them around the listing for agents to find as they toured the property. We also hid one giant golden egg with gift cards for dinner and a movie. We ended up with close to 40 participants and it was a great time!
Shortly after we were able to obtain an offer and get this property sold! As seems to be the trend these days, I didn’t even get 100% of my marketing up and running before this one was sold.
We are very excited for our Sellers as they close this chapter of their lives and can relax! They sent us the sweetest email:
“You two were awesome. I really appreciated the attention and explanations regarding all those small details you two provided us. We always felt that you and Dave were doing everything possible to get our house sold withe best terms and were so well informed throughout the process. In the end, there’s no substitute for hard work, and thats what you and Dave provided. I can’t thank both of you enough for your help. ”
Congrats David and Natalie on your sale!
