Just wanted to share a little story with you. The picture above is a listing that was on the market last year, with another agent from another company. I contacted them this Spring and we re-listed their home for the same price they had it listed at last year. Guess what?
We have an accepted offer on it, in less than two weeks on the market! This is not an April fools joke, you’re too smart for those. We used a slightly more aggressive marketing campaign, took better pictures, did some digital staging and there it went. It had about 15 showings in the first two weeks and now it’s pending.
