The holiday season is a great opportunity to get a little fun and funky with our marketing. With the launching of House of Miller Real Estate Team we are going full on creative over here.
This weekend we spent some time driving around in the snow and dropping off holiday marketing to some of our listings. We’ve picked up some really neat sign riders from a company called All Things Real Estate.
Besides the cheeky signs, we’re scheduling a couple holiday open houses. This is a concept that we don’t see a lot of in our area. It involves decorating for whatever holiday is near, themed food and signage, some giveaways and extra marketing to draw in the crowds.
We’ve done this a few times with Broker Open Houses. This is where we invite our colleagues in for a private viewing of your listing. Those things typically reel in 5 brokers or less in our area. But ours have had some numbers more like 50+ people in attendance. We are looking forward to applying the same concept to a traditional type of open house that will bring in potential buyers for our listings.
This is just one of the creative things House of Miller Real Estate Team is doing to set us apart. If you’ve worked with a real estate agent before and haven’t had the best of luck or didn’t feel enough was done to sell your property, we ask that you give us a shot!
